Medical tourism, B2B meetings, Europe, the Balkans, Middle East, Africa and the Commonwealth Of Independent States (CIS) countries sound cool! Because all these met at a paradise destination in the Turkish Riviera. The important stakeholders of the medical tourism industry from various countries came together for future goals and partnerships. Luckily, our marketing team was there to create valuable sharings with the international guests as potential partners.
There were many different participants who have goals to develop the sector. For this reason, we – as a team – were excited. The most exciting part was the preparation to welcome the guests and seeing that there were organisations have similar expectations with us. Finally, we started to share our experiences in medical tourism, medical assistance, physiotherapy & rehabilitation center, air ambulance & VIP jet, construction, education and software services on 19 January 2023, in sunny Antalya – Türkiye. One of the important observations during the event the value of comprehensive approach in medical tourism. Because to assist the patients and stakeholders in all aspects within 360 degrees medical services is a sophisticated indicator. Especially, Mest Group’s experiences about collaborations with the governments and the companies through Mest Assistance within 360 degrees medical services are so meaningful for the healthcare and travel professionals.
The event was important to offer a chance to the participants for new agreements and partnerships regarding patient transfer, medical education / experience exchange and medical technology transfers. Healthcare and travel professionals had time to have information about international hospitals and clinics’ features beside the marketing strategy. We clearly could share the importance of becoming global brand through advanced medical tourism applications, state of the art technology in healthcare sector, digital health solutions, case management, medical consultation with the participants. Hospitals, clinics, doctors, medical travel companies, travel professionals, technology providers from Europe, the Balkans, Middle East, Africa and CIS countries took advantage of Trust – The Hospital & Clinic Exhibition to support the growth potential and future of medical travel. It briefly was a good deed to provide information and experiences regarding sustainability of the medical tourism services through Mest Group’s difference. To be honest, it was the perfect feeling to saw there were people who already know the Mest Group’s value and the difference in the sector through our holistic marketing activities beside human centered approach. At the same time, we are happy to meet with new people for future collaborations. So we did not say ‘Good bye!’ to the potential stakeholders, we said that ‘See you soon with new projects!’ on 20 January 2023.
